We offer custom apparel that requires our customers to upload creative artwork to be applied to merchandise of their choice. By providing this file, you as a customer accept the right and approval of using provided creative submissions on merchandise and bear the responsibility for any consequences this may cause.

As a user, you are responsible for your content submission to the site. You must not - under any condition - upload, distribute, or publish any abusive, obscene, pornographic, derogatory, or unlawful content.

You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse any other user of this site, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with unnecessary, repetitive messages, 'spam.' or meaningless messages.

You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual preferences, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind will become a source for your immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the site.

Without the approval of Qualztech, you are not allowed to distribute or publish any material containing any advertising or solicitation for goods or services through the site.

You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the site (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: forum messages, comments, review descriptions, text, video, audio, and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a 'Submission') may be edited, removed, altered, published, transmitted, and displayed by the Qualztech.

You grant the Qualztech a permanent, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to content you submit to the site, which includes without limitation the right for the IAPP or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, thumbnail, scanning including any other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any submission posted by you or on the site.
